The Jump Start program wrapped up on Thursday with a test. Everyone pretty much started the program bright eyed and bushy tailed. I, for one, walked out with my eyes glazed over and my head swimming in new faces and financial functions. But, I learned a lot, did well on the test, and feel infinitely more prepared to start real classes on September 30th.

I was impressed with how the professors summed up pretty much my entire undergrad business degree into 6 days of instruction. Impressed and in awe, actually. It just goes to show that there’s a LOT more to come.

Next Monday starts LEAD Week… Which I’ve heard called “Summer Camp for MBAs”. I’m not exactly sure what is going to be covered. It has been billed as part orientation, part team building, and part leadership development. I see a ropes course and trust falls in my future.
