Scott made the point that before coming down to Peru we had cut down on our eating out significantly. (To save moolah, mainly.) So, maybe we were going out 2x a week instead of 4x a week. And he reminded me that he was taking left overs to work for lunch… But STILL. We eat almost every meal in our apartment these days. It’s taxing on the part of my brain that tells me to eat when I have to decide for myself. Every. Day.
Actually, sometimes I don’t have to decide because Scott does the cooking. Like today for lunch… behold the BEN (bacon, egg, noodle) sandwich.


I’m curious why the noodles? Are they flavored or plain?

Plain noodles. We just had a TON of them left over from the buffet-style stir fry.
Had to use them for something.
