We’re headed out to Sinclair Island this weekend to celebrate our 1-year anniversary for some camping with a fun group of friends. (I’ll have to get into the whole “wow, it’s our 1-year anniversary” thing in another post.)
In preparation for the camping trip, I wanted to get a few more of these awesome marshmallow roasting sticks. Scott and I discovered them a few years ago… I believe we originally purchased two, but we lost one at some point.
I brought our remaining stick to the all-ladies camping trip a few weeks back, and it received lots of ooohs and aaaahs. I wanted to recreate that magic this weekend, but unfortunately I couldn’t find them at any of the local sporting goods stores. (Of course, I didn’t make it to the Outdoor Emporium, which is where we originally purchased them, because it was closed. They may still be available there.)
They are available online through a number of places though. And as I searched for them today I discovered that not only are they awesome in form and function, but they have an awesome name: Rolla Roaster!
